Every draft has a **Discussion and activity** timeline where anyone in the workspace can comment, and a **Reviewer** box where you can ask a specific owner or editor to review it. Comments stay with the piece across all its revisions.

## Comment on a draft

1. Open the draft and scroll to **Discussion and activity**.
2. Type in the box ("Share feedback with the team…").
3. Choose **Comment**, or press `⌘` + `Enter` (`Ctrl` + `Enter` on Windows).

The timeline mixes comments with milestones such as "Writing started", "A version is ready for review" and each decision, in time order. It refreshes every 15 seconds while you have it open.

- Every role can comment, viewers included.
- You can delete your own comments. Owners can delete anyone's. Wavefront asks before deleting.
- Comments on the piece carry over when it's revised, so the whole conversation stays in one place.

## Ask someone to review

1. In the **Reviewer** box, open **Ask someone to review…**.
2. Pick an owner or editor. Viewers aren't listed because they can't approve.
3. They get an email with a link to the draft, and it shows for them in **Review** under **Assigned to me** and at the top of their Overview.

To remove the request, pick **Clear reviewer**. A person gets at most one review email per draft every 10 minutes, however often the reviewer changes.

When a member is removed from the workspace or leaves, review requests assigned to them are cleared.

## Get notified outside Wavefront

Owners can send review activity to other tools from **Settings → Integrations**:

- **Slack**: post chosen messages to a channel, and send reviewers a direct message.
- **Microsoft Teams**: post chosen messages to a channel through a Teams workflow.
- **Event webhooks**: send events such as a new comment or a draft ready for review to your own endpoint, Zapier, Make or n8n. See [API keys and webhooks](/help/agents-and-api/api-keys-and-webhooks).

## Comments from agents and scripts

An AI agent connected over MCP can read the discussion, add comments as the person who connected it, and assign reviewers. An API key can comment too, through the REST API. Neither can approve. See [connect an AI agent](/help/agents-and-api/connect-an-ai-agent).

## Find what needs you

- **Review** in the sidebar: everything waiting for a decision.
- **Library → Assigned to me**: drafts you were asked to review.
- **Overview → Waiting for review**: what's assigned to you first, marked, then the rest of the queue.
- **Team activity** on the Overview: recent work across the workspace.
- **Search** (`⌘K`): find any draft by title or brief.

## If something goes wrong

- **The reviewer didn't get an email.** Check their spam folder. Emails go at most once per draft every 10 minutes. They can also find it under **Assigned to me**.
- **The person you want isn't in the list.** They're a viewer or haven't accepted their invitation. An owner can change their role on the **Team** page.
