Wavefront
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of Wavefront, its API and its MCP server, operated by Adwave Digital Inc ("Adwave", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Wavefront for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you can bind it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
1. The service
Wavefront plans content, drafts articles, posts and images with AI, checks them against sources, routes them for review and approval, and publishes them to destinations you connect. People, the API and AI agents (through MCP) use the same features.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must be 18 or older and use Wavefront for business. Keep your sign-in, API keys and agent connections secure; you are responsible for activity under them. Workspace owners control membership, roles, connections and billing for their workspace.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- New workspaces may get a free trial with a set number of credits for a set time. One trial per person.
- The Wavefront plan is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. It includes a monthly allotment of credits. Extra credits are sold in packs.
- Generating content uses credits. The app shows an estimate before you start; the final charge can differ within the limits shown. Failed work is not charged.
- Unused plan credits roll over for one month. Pack credits expire 12 months after purchase. Trial credits end with the trial. Credits have no cash value.
- You can cancel at any time in Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing.
- Prices exclude taxes, which you pay where they apply.
4. Your content and published output
You keep the rights you have in what you put in Wavefront and in the content it produces for you. You give us permission to host, process, transmit and display it only to provide and support the service. You are responsible for what you approve and publish: review drafts before they go live, and make sure published content is accurate, lawful and yours to use. Wavefront's fact checks reduce mistakes but do not guarantee accuracy.
5. AI output
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to content made for others. We do not promise that it is unique, non-infringing or fit for a particular purpose. Do not use Wavefront for content that needs professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without a qualified person's review.
6. Connected services
When you connect Google, Bing, a CMS, social accounts or other tools, you authorize Wavefront to act within the permissions you grant, and you agree to follow those services' terms. You can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for third-party services or changes they make.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Wavefront to:
- publish illegal, deceptive, defamatory, hateful or infringing content;
- create spam, fake reviews, link schemes or content that impersonates others;
- publish to sites or accounts you are not authorized to use;
- break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or get around credit or usage limits;
- violate the policies of search engines, platforms or destinations you publish to.
8. API and MCP
API and MCP access is included with the plan and subject to rate limits and these terms. Agents act with the permissions of the key or connection they use, and their actions count as yours.
9. Our property
Wavefront, its software and its design belong to Adwave. If you send feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
10. Changes to the service
We improve Wavefront often and may add, change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you pay for.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DO NOT GUARANTEE RANKINGS, TRAFFIC, INDEXING OR OTHER RESULTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Adwave against third-party claims arising from content you publish with Wavefront or your breach of these terms.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Wavefront and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, non-payment, security risk, fraud or legal requirements, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (payment, content responsibility, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and email workspace owners about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Wavefront after that means you accept the new terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises. CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS PART OF A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND YOU AND WE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
16. Notices and contact
Legal notices to Adwave go to support@adwave.com or by mail to Adwave Digital Inc, c/o Incorporating Services, Ltd., 3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, USA. We send notices to your account email.
