Writing and fact-checks
Drafts that cite their sources, checked claim by claim
Wavefront researches each piece, writes it in your voice from your own documents and the evidence it found, and links every figure to where it came from. Then an independent checker verifies each claim before anyone on your team reads it.
What it does
Writing and fact-checks, in detail
Research before writing
Each article starts with research: sources for the topic, your site's own pages for internal links, and the keyword it should rank for.
Your facts, your voice
Drafts read your workspace documents: brand guide, product facts, voice and writing rules. Phrases you list under Never use are blocked.
Every figure is linked
Numbers, dates, prices and quotations come from the evidence or your documents, and each one links to its source.
An independent fact check
A separate checker reads each claim against the sources and confirms each link supports its sentence. Unsupported claims are fixed or flagged for you.
Cleanup of AI tells
A final pass removes stock phrases and filler without touching links or figures, so drafts read like your team wrote them.
Images to match
Hero and in-article images made without text, stock photos, edits, and a review of images you upload, all with alt text.
How it runs
Step by step
- 1
Research
Sources, your sitemap and the target keyword.
- 2
Outline
Title, meta description, slug, answer and headings.
- 3
Draft and cite
Written from evidence, with primary sources linked.
- 4
Verify and clean
Claim-by-claim check, then a cleanup pass.
- 5
Final checks
On-page SEO, links and structured data.
Checks every article gets
The same rules search engines publish, applied before you review. A failed check is a warning you can see, never a silent edit.
- A title and meta description of the right length that name the topic
- An opening that answers the question near the top, in 60 words or fewer
- Descriptive headings with no skipped levels
- Every statistic and quotation linked to a source
- Internal links to pages in your sitemap, with varied anchors
- Alt text on images and valid JSON-LD
Questions about writing and fact-checks
Will Wavefront invent facts?
It is built not to. Figures must come from the research evidence or your documents, and the fact check flags anything unsupported. You still approve every version, because no checker is perfect.
What can Wavefront write?
Articles, LinkedIn and X posts, newsletters and other short copy, and images. Each kind has its own checks.
Can I see what a draft was written from?
Yes. Every version is immutable and records the exact workspace documents and sources it used.
