For saas and b2b
A B2B blog that stays accurate about your product
Wavefront plans a calendar across the funnel from your positioning and your Search Console data, drafts each post from your own product documents, checks every claim against its source, and publishes only what your team approves.
The problem
What gets in the way today
Product claims drift
Writers and AI tools describe features you don't have or numbers you never published. Every post needs a product person to catch it.
The funnel is lopsided
Most calendars fill up with easy top-of-funnel posts, while comparison and evaluation content that helps buyers decide never gets written.
No one acts on search data
Search Console shows pages close to page one and titles nobody clicks, but turning that into briefs and revisions takes time no one has.
How Wavefront helps
Built for saas and b2b
Drafts that read your documents
Import product docs and brand guides from Google Drive, Notion or Confluence. Drafts read them, and a fact check ties every figure to a source before a reviewer sees it.
A mix that covers the funnel
The B2B SaaS preset balances top, middle and bottom of funnel, rotates personas and product areas, and keeps comparison posts a week apart.
Suggestions from your own search data
Wavefront reads Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools daily and suggests refreshes, new titles and new ideas. Approving one starts the revision; you still review it.
Your words, enforced
Writing rules list phrases to never use and phrases to avoid. A draft with a banned phrase can't be approved until it's gone.
Publishing to your CMS
Approved articles go to HubSpot, Webflow, WordPress, Contentful and other CMSs as drafts or live posts. A later version updates the same page.
Editorial mix
An example calendar mix
The B2B SaaS preset weights the funnel 50% top, 30% middle and 20% bottom, with at most two bottom-of-funnel posts a week.
An example. Your strategy sets its own shares, and autopilot keeps to them.
- Top of funnel 50%
- Middle of funnel 30%
- Bottom of funnel 20%

Questions
Will it make up features or numbers about our product?
Drafts are written from your workspace documents and cited sources, and a separate fact check ties each figure to a source. A figure with no source is flagged for the reviewer, and nothing publishes until a person approves it.
Does anything go live without our approval?
No. Every draft waits for an owner or editor to approve it. An owner can turn on auto-approve for autopilot's calendar drafts, and even then only drafts with zero blockers pass.
Can our team use it from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Wavefront is a remote MCP server, so ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and Cursor can plan, draft and publish approved work. Approval stays in the Wavefront web app.
