For e-commerce

A store blog that covers every category and every season

Wavefront plans posts across your product categories, gets seasonal guides out ahead of their dates, drafts with sources, and publishes approved articles to your Shopify blog or your CMS.

The problem

What gets in the way today

Seasonal posts go out late

Gift guides written the week before a holiday miss the weeks when people are searching.

Some categories never get covered

The blog keeps returning to the bestsellers while other categories have no content at all.

Product details are hard to keep right

Specs and names change, and a post with the wrong detail costs a sale or a return.

How Wavefront helps

Built for e-commerce

Guides out ahead of their dates

Give an idea a date it must be out by. The e-commerce preset gets gift guides out weeks ahead, and the same idea comes back every year.

Every category in rotation

The preset rotates product categories evenly and keeps one category at least three days apart.

Product facts from your catalog

Publish a catalog feed of your products, a JSON file Wavefront reads. Articles state only the facts it lists or a cited source supports, and link to the product pages.

Publishing to your Shopify blog

Approved articles go to your store's blog as hidden, visible or scheduled posts, with the SEO title and description in Shopify's own fields.

Newsletter drafts and social posts

Turn approved posts into newsletter drafts in Mailchimp, Kit or beehiiv, and into social posts for LinkedIn, X or, on a paid plan, Pinterest and Instagram through Ayrshare.

Editorial mix

An example calendar mix

The e-commerce preset gives each product category an even share, so a store with three categories gets about a third each.

An example. Your strategy sets its own shares, and autopilot keeps to them.

  • Outerwear 34%
  • Footwear 33%
  • Running 33%

Questions

Does it publish to Shopify?

Yes. Wavefront publishes approved articles to one blog in your store as hidden, visible or scheduled posts, and a later version updates the same article.

Can it write about my products without getting details wrong?

With a catalog feed, yes. Your site publishes a JSON file listing products with their facts and pages, and articles state only those facts or ones a cited source supports.

Will it email my customers?

No. Mailchimp, Kit and beehiiv get drafts only. You review and send them from your email tool.
