Signing in, roles, invitations, workspaces and your data.

1. Signing in, roles and what only people can do Sign in with an emailed code or Google. Each workspace member is an owner, editor or viewer, and some actions always need a person in the web app.
2. Invite your team to a workspace Owners invite people by email from the Team page and pick a role. Invitations last 14 days, and anyone can join with or without an existing account.
3. Your data, exports and deleting a workspace Export your articles and documents at any time, disconnect accounts, and ask support to delete your account or a workspace you own. What is kept and for how long.
