Getting started

Your trial, your first workspace, plan and first post.

  1. What Wavefront is and how it works Wavefront plans a content strategy for your site, drafts and fact-checks posts, waits for your approval, then publishes to the tools you already use.
  2. Start your free trial The free trial gives you 7 days of every Wavefront feature with 300 credits and no card. Here is how to sign up and what happens when it ends.
  3. Set up your workspace on the welcome screen One welcome screen creates your workspace. Give it your website or a few lines of direction, and the strategist starts researching a plan.
  4. Plan your content with the strategist The strategist researches your site and topics, proposes a brief, voice, keywords and a calendar, and changes the plan as you chat. Then you save it.
  5. Draft your first post Draft a post from your saved calendar with one click, or start any article, copy or image from New generation. Drafts land in Review when ready.
  6. Review and approve a draft Owners and editors approve drafts in the web app. Read the preview and the automated checks, then approve, request changes, or ask for a revision.
  7. Publish your first post Once an article is approved, publish it to a connected destination now, as a draft there, or on a schedule. Or export it to post by hand.
